By accessing or using CheatPeek ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

CheatPeek provides illustrative, synthetic reports generated from the search parameters you provide (name, age, approximate location). These reports are produced algorithmically for demonstration purposes and do not reflect real-time lookups of any dating platform's live database. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or surveil any individual
• Misrepresent the nature of the reports to any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

5. Payment and Pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to CheatPeek and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that reports reflect real-world facts, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheatPeek and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
