CheatPeek ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at cheatpeek.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect the following information when you use our Service:
- Search parameters: The name, age, gender, and approximate location you enter into the search form.
- Email address: Collected when you voluntarily provide it during the funnel or checkout flow.
- Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers.
- Usage data: Anonymous event data (which screens you viewed, whether you completed a purchase) to help us improve the product.
- Error logs: Technical error reports from your browser (including URL and browser type) to help us fix bugs.
We do not collect or store facial photo data beyond your current browser session. Photos are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded to our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your illustrative report
- To process your payment through Stripe
- To send you transactional emails related to your purchase (if you provided your email)
- To improve the Service via aggregated, anonymised usage analysis
- To diagnose and fix technical errors
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Asia-Pacific region (Sydney). We use row-level security and encrypted connections. Stripe handles all payment data under its own PCI-DSS-compliant security controls.
We retain search and order records for up to 12 months for business and legal compliance purposes, after which they are deleted.
5. Cookies and Session Storage
We use browser session storage (not persistent cookies) to maintain your search data during your visit. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
